Click! Business Support Services is owned and operated by Leonella Akong, out of her home office located in D'Abadie, Trinidad
and Tobago, W.I.
I am a certified Administrative Professional Secretary, with over twenty-five (25) years experience in the administrative/secretarial
field, including fourteen (14) years in customer service and four (4) years in administrative management, in an ISO 9002 environment.
I officially started Click! Business Support Services after working as a self-employed Administrative Assistant for a
year and a half. Previously, I worked in the customer service department of a label manufacturer for fifteen years. Before
that I worked for nine years as a confidential secretary/stenographer.
My decision to start Click! Business Support Services was influenced by the tremendous satisfaction I've experienced over
the years as a "support" person, and my commitment to service, quality and professionalism. I am also fascinated
with the internet - by the amount of information available and the connectivity it allows with the rapid advances in technology.
I look forward to being given the opportunity to work with you in achieving your goals, by easing your workload.
