Fee Options:

Click! Business Support Services currently provides several fee options from which to choose, to suit your budget, individual business needs and the particular project. All fees will be agreed upon before work commences.

Option 1 (a basic hourly rate): US$20.00 per hour

This will suit clients who need only a few hours per month. A one hour minimum is required. Time sheets will be supplied with each invoice on a weekly basis.

Option 2 (a monthly or annual retainer package): US$15.00 per hour

A Monthly or Annual Retainer package for clients requiring support on a regular basis for a certain number of hours per month or year, regardless of the services you require.

Invoices are issued at the end of each month for the following month and payment is required in advance at the beginning of each month. Additional hours are charged at a discounted rate. Hours are not carried forward to the next month.

Option 3 (a project rate): To be determined

A Project Rate which is based on your project's specific requirements.

You will be supplied with an estimate, which is subject to amendment if your requirements change. A 50% downpayment is required and an invoice for the balance due will be submitted with the completed work and payment is due upon receipt.

Option 4 (a daily rate): US$120.00

For one complete six-hour period.

Payment:
I accept payments in TT, US or Canadian dollars; Euros; Pounds Sterling and Deutsche Marks by the following methods:

International Clients
Local Clients
* International Bank Drafts

* SWIFT International Wire transfers

* Moneygram

* Western Union Money Transfer

N.B. All transaction charges will be for the client's account.
* Cash
* Direct deposit into my bank account
* Cheques made payable to Leonella Akong.


N.B. Jobs paid by cheque will not be started until cheques have cleared. If your cheque is refused by the bank, the client will be responsible for all bank charges as a result.

*** Special Services ***

Under special circumstances, Administrative services are available, at an hourly rate, off-site (not at my office).

A discounted rate is available for retirees, students and non-profit organizations (proof required).
